1. Eligibility

• Minimum age: 18 years
• A valid ID or passport must be presented at the time of rental

Driving License Requirements:

• Quads (ATV): Category B driving license
• Scooters/Motorbikes (up to 125cc):
  • Category A license, or
  • Category B license held for at least 3 years

All licenses must be valid in Spain. International customers may be required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP).

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• No refunds will be given for unused rental time
• Late returns may incur additional charges

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required prior to rental
• The deposit may be used to cover damages, fines, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions

4. Vehicle Use

• Use the vehicle responsibly and with due care
• Comply with all traffic laws
• Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Do not allow unauthorized drivers
• Do not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Do not drive outside permitted areas
• Off-road driving is not permitted

5. GPS Tracking

• Vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking systems
• GPS may collect location, routes, and driving behavior
• Used for safety, theft prevention, and enforcement of these Terms

By renting a vehicle, the renter consents to GPS tracking during the rental period.

6. Responsibility

• The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period
• The renter is liable for any damage, theft, or loss
• The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, and legal violations

7. Insurance

• Basic insurance is included
• An excess (deductible) may apply
• The renter is responsible for all damages on the Quad, also theft and fire.

8. Accidents & Damage

• All accidents must be reported immediately
• A police report may be required
• Failure to report may result in full liability

9. Prohibited Use

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Unauthorized drivers
• Use outside agreed areas
• Off-road use

Insurance and contract will be void if any of the above occur.

10. Cancellations

• Cancellation 48+ hours before pickup: €50 fee
• Cancellation less than 48 hours: full charge
• No-shows: full charge

11. Late Returns

• Late returns will incur additional charges
• Extra time is charged at hourly or daily rates

12. Risk Acknowledgment

Quad, scooter, and motorbike riding involves inherent risks. By renting, the renter accepts full responsibility.

13. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for injury caused by misuse or negligence
• No liability for loss of personal belongings
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to Spanish courts.

15. Fuel Policy

Full to Full:

• Vehicle is supplied with a full tank
• Must be returned full with correct fuel type

If not returned full, a €30 service fee plus fuel cost will be charged.
